Calamari, mussels Genoa and oyster fritters

 

Aquacotta

A regional soup of Piedmont which combines vegetables with egg and pecorino.

 

Melon and prosciutto

Field greens topped with fresh melon, imported aged parma prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and toasted pine nuts , tossed in lemon, olive oil and cracked black pepper.

 

Carbonara

Handmade egg fettuccine with imported pancetta, organic free range egg and parmesan reggiano.

 

Milanese filet

Aged western beef tenderloin, sauted and finished with a mushroom cream sauce.

Branzino in parchment

Fresh sea bass steamed in parchment with white wine, tomatoes, capers, parsley and butter.

 

Gelato di Amaretto

Vanilla ice cream with toasted almonds, brandy and amaretto. Prepared tableside.
